Ingredients:

• 30 ml Perfetto Lemon Gin

• 150 ml Tomato Juice

• 5 ml Worcester Sauce

• 2 Pinches of Salt

• 1 Pinch of Black Pepper

• 3 Dashes of Hot Sauce

Method:

1. Assemble ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice.

2. Stir to mix and then pour into a highball glass filled with ice.

3. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a small celery stick (or a slice of lemon!)
