Perfetto Lemon Amaretto Sour

A Perfetto Lemon twist on a classic cocktail. Mixing our Italian gin with another Italian classic - Amaretto. The zesty combination of dreams!

Recipe:

• 25ml Perfetto Lemon

• 50ml amaretto

• 25ml lemon juice

• 1tbsp egg white

• Ice

• Cherries to garnish

1. Add the Perfetto Lemon, amaretto, lemon juice and egg white to an ice filled shaker.

2. Shake vigorously until cold, approx 30 seconds

3. Strain into a ice filled rocks glass

4. Garnish with black cherries
