Lemon, Lavender & Elderflower

Enjoy this elevated gin cocktail for World Champagne Day

Recipe:

  • 50ml Perfetto Lemon

  • 25ml Lavender Syrup

  • 25ml St. Germain

  • 150ml Champagne

  • Lemon twist


Directions

  1. If making your own Lavender syrup, boil equal weights of water and sugar adding lavender sprigs to infuse. We used 100gm sugar, 100ml water & 5 lavender sprigs. Allow the lavender to steep until the flavour is infused to your liking.

  2. In a coupe glass combine together the Perfetto Lemon , lavender syrup, St. Germain and champagne (top with soda if you prefer a lighter drink)

  3. Finish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
